2013 InformationWeek Government IT Innovators Pre-Registration Form
For the past 24 years, InformationWeek has honored the country's most technologically innovative companies with its prestigious InformationWeek 500 ranking. Now in its fifth year, InformationWeek's 2013 Government IT Innovators program will shine a spotlight on some of the most innovative government IT organizations--at the federal, state, and local levels. To be contacted regarding the 2013 nomination process, please complete pre-registration form on the following page.
Candidate agencies are asked to complete an essay on their most innovative IT initiative completed within the past 12 months. Winners will be featured in the InformationWeek 500 issue and recognized at the InformationWeek Conference and Awards Gala in September 2013. The deadline for submitting a nomination is April 12, 2013.
In 2012, InformationWeek recognized the accomplishments of 15 government agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the City of Santa Monica, Cook County, Illinois, among others.

This program is open to U.S. agencies at the federal, state and local/municipal level. We cannot accept nominations submitted by technology vendors. A vendor can work with an agency on preparing a nomination, however the nomination itself must be submitted by a contact within the nominated agency.
If you are a PR agency representing multiple government agencies, you must submit separate pre-registration forms for each agency.
To pre-register, please complete the form on the next screen. Qualifying agencies will be contacted with additional details on submitting their nomination for the 2013 InformationWeek Government IT Innovators program. Please note, there are two steps to the process. You must pre-register first; once it is determined the agency qualifies for the program, you will receive a link to your nomination form. Nomination forms must be submitted by April 12, 2013.
